Casa Tres Cervezas is only available as a whole house vacation rental, with a 3 night minimum.
We offer 8 Bedrooms: 7 King ensuites, (1with a Queen loft), and 2 Queen ensuite
The home will accommodate up to 18 people.

We require a 50% deposit, or you may choose to pay in full to reserve your dates. You will be contacted by a member of our staff for confirmation.
You may login to your account at any time to see previous payment history or to pay the balance on your reservation.
Because of the many levels of the house and the pool area, we do not encourage guests with children under the age of 10. Casa Tres Cervezas is a non smoking property. Please make sure to read and accept our Lodging Agreement when booking.

UPGRADES AND ADD-ONS
Our Whole House Rental policy includes all the amenities mentioned on the site, along with a full breakfast each day.
Add our Deluxe package + $35us/per person/per day, 10 person minimum. – Includes the option for lunches, and dinners, for up to 10 guests.
Extensive menu options provided by our in house chef, Aide Prado.
Also included are extra concierge services to plan and coordinate your enjoyment of a wide range of activities and current events in and around San Miguel.
OUR TERMS
Reservation Deposit: 50% of your total stay.
Cancellation Fees:
Should you (Guest) wish to cancel a reservation, notice of cancellation must be in writing and received 30 days
prior to arrival date, we’ll deduct any wire transfer fees or commissions charged by any of the banks or platforms
from were the reservation was made. Less than 30 days is non refundable..
